Blogging Freeze

Hey Friends and Family,
Well not only has pregnancy slowed down my desire to blog, but now we have an even bigger problem. The cord that connects from our camera to the computer, which allows us to download photos and videos, has decided to stop working. We pretty much know that Makenna got a hold of it and did something to it. So it stopped working and we have no way of updating our blog. So I am going a little crazy not being able to post new pictures and videos. Hopefully, we can find a new part online or in an electronics store. So bare with us. For those of you who have blogs, don't worry, I am still checking your blogs. I need to keep in touch somehow.

BIG NEWS

Makenna has some exciting news to share with you. She is going to be a BIG SISTER! Lilly #2 is expected to arrive around March 24, 2009. So that makes me about 3 months along. I've had a great first trimester, very little morning sickness with this baby. Just very tired and NO ENERGY! This pregnancy is totally different from Makenna's. With her I could keep no food down in the morning, and felt sick all day. Throwing up at work and just not a fun first pregnancy. But it did go away as I reached week 12-13. So I am very thankful that this pregnancy is different.
We praise God for this blessing and we'll keep you updated.

Bye Bye Robin

We had to say goodbye to my sister Robin this past week. She came to visit us from Florida and stayed a few weeks. Makenna and her daughter Michelle really bonded. It was cute to see them interact. It was nice that Makenna had a playmate 24/7. Robin and I also had time to bond as sister's. We haven't always had that over the years. At one point I was living in California and she lives in Florida. Well I live alittle bit closer to Florida now, but it's not always easy to make the trip.
We went to downtown Chicago the weekend before she left and had a great time seeing the sights. I love ya and miss ya Robin.

Yes, I was down in Peoria, again. This time celebrating my neice Mae, and nephew Noah's birthday's. Below are pics of Drew, Mae and Makenna swimming at the pool.
