Decorating our Christmas Tree

I'm one of those nutty people that has to have a real Christmas tree. There's nothing like the smell of a fresh Christmas tree. But this year Christmas has caught up with me. Makenna's birthday is so close to Christmas that it's hard to think about Christmas until after her birthday is over. Well this year we didn't go pick out the tree as a family. Brett is working CRAZY long hours at Target. So I went and picked it out in the FREEZING COLD weather. I know, I'm nuts. But I got to have my tree. And I couldn't wait another week to get it. Now that the tree is up, it's starting to feel like Christmas. Plus, we have lots of snow outside on the ground.
